為適應老齡化社會發展要求，拓寬健康養老服務內涵，保障老年人在家門口享受優質的醫療服務，近日，泰山區財源街道財源新村社區聯合中心在財源新村社區衛生服務站開展以“老年健康與醫養結合”為主題的65歲以上老年人健康查體活動，讓社區居民就近享受優質的醫療服務，使老年人享受健康、幸福的晚年生活。

　　In order to adapt to the development requirements of an aging society, broaden the connotation of healthy elderly care services, and ensure that the elderly can enjoy high-quality medical services at their doorsteps, recently, the Caiyuan New Village Community Joint Center in Caiyuan Street, Taishan District, carried out a health examination activity for elderly people aged 65 and above, with the theme of "Elderly Health and Integration of Medical Care and Elderly Care", at the Caiyuan New Village Community Health Service Station. This allows community residents to enjoy high-quality medical services nearby, enabling the elderly to enjoy a healthy and happy life in their later years.

　　體檢現場，社區工作人員在入口處介紹現場檢查項目和注意事項，引導老年人有序排隊待檢，對于一些行動不便的或是沒有家人陪伴的老年人，主動攙扶就座，配合醫務工作人員，協助每一位老人進行健康體檢。

　　At the physical examination site, community workers introduced the on-site examination items and precautions at the entrance, guiding the elderly to queue up for examination in an orderly manner. For some elderly people who were unable to move freely or were not accompanied by their family members, they took the initiative to help them sit down, cooperated with medical staff, and assisted each elderly person in undergoing a physical examination.

　　體檢過程中，醫生對老年人平時生活習慣、飲食、癥狀和既往所患疾病、治療及目前用藥情況進行了詳細詢問，并進行一般體格檢查、血壓、血糖、血尿常規、血生化、彩超、心電圖等專項檢查。同時，醫生與老年人簽署老年人個性化簽約服務包，進行個體化健康教育，為受檢老年人講解多發疾病的日常預防及用藥注意事項，引導大家養成健康的生活方式。

　　During the physical examination, the doctor conducted a detailed inquiry about the elderly's daily living habits, diet, symptoms, past illnesses, treatments, and current medication use. He also performed general physical examinations, as well as specialized tests such as blood pressure, blood glucose, blood and urine routine tests, blood biochemistry tests, color Doppler ultrasound, and electrocardiogram. At the same time, the doctor signed a personalized service package with the elderly, providing individualized health education. He explained to the elderly about daily prevention measures and medication precautions for common diseases, guiding them to develop a healthy lifestyle.
